Rescue Detox review | 32 Oz Blueberry

I must confess that among all the recent entrants into the world of detox liquids, I was most impressed by Rescue Detox ICE. I mean, one look and you’d feel at the back of your mind that this looks promising. In this Rescue Detox review, I’m going to test Rescue Detox Ice 32 Oz Blueberry.

It has a very ‘professional grade’ appearance which is compounded by the choice of colors, the contrasting imagery, and the innovatively designed bottle. But, having reviewed hundreds of such products before, I am far too experienced to know that it is quite easy to be swayed away with fancy packaging and most of the stuff that looks good, rarely performs as well as you’d expect it to.

So, I decided to put it to the test. The fact that a close buddy had recently beat a urinalysis with Rescue Detox ICE and was giving them all the free press they’d ever need on social media, did make me optimistic for a bit.

But that optimism quickly died down when he explained his detox routine for the past month or so.

Rescue Detox review: The first impression

Rescue ICE Detox is available in 17 and 32 Oz bottles in three flavors. Both the flavors are completely natural and do not contain any synthetic ingredients, colors or preservatives. The detox ingredient list isn’t fancy either.

There’s dietary fiber (a welcome addition), Vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12, Sodium, and Potassium in addition to a proprietary blend.

The proprietary blend contains Cranberry juice extracts, Pomegranate, Mangosteen, Creatine, Psyllium seed extract, Guarana, Milk Thistle and Echinacea. Some good ingredients, some not so great choices. But overall, that’d keep you energized and make you eliminate a lot of fluids from your system.

Rescue Detox ICE directions

Rescue detox ice reviewsRescue Detox ICE recommends that you minimize your intake of toxins for a few days leading up to the urine test.

You need to drink the liquid on an empty stomach and there should at least be a five-hour interval between your last meal and the time that you drink the detox solution.

Just drink the contents of the entire bottle, wait for a bit, refill it with water and drink that too.

Your bladders will be at max capacity by now. Just go and empty them when you can no longer control the urge.

How long does rescue detox ice last?

After about an hour, you will be ready to head to the lab. You have a five-hour window period. But the most effective time is two hours after you drink the liquid.

Is it really effective?

I have my doubts. The friend that I spoke about earlier who was all gung-ho about Rescue Detox had stopped smoking a month earlier. He was a casual smoker anyway and to top it off, he had signed up for a 30-day program from Beachbody and was exercising like a machine.

The reason that he might have cleared the test may have a lot to do with his abstinence from weed and his workout routine and little with Rescue Detox ICE. Two products that I can vouch for myself that work irrespective of what you eat, drink or smoke Ultra Eliminex and Mega Clean.

Have used them a couple of times even on days that I have smoked on and still beat the test, you can check some more detox drink reviews here.

If the test is unsupervised always go with synthetic urine, you can read some synthetic urine reviews here.
