Disney On Ice comes to the Long Beach Arena for ten shows starting Wednesday, May 1st, and continuing through Sunday, May 5. Highlighting eight Disney movies and more than 50 Disney characters featured, Disney On Ice presents “Treasure Trove,” a magical story for every generation to relive. Long Beach Playhouse presents “A Flea in Her Ear” April 13 through May 11. Written in 1907, at the height of the Belle Époque or “Beautiful Era,” “A Flea in Her Ear” is a French farce that centers around Yvonne, her husband Victor and a series of misunderstandings and mix-ups that will leave the audience breathless with laughter. Tickets are $24 for adults, $21 for seniors and $14 for students and are available at www.lbplayhouse.org, or by calling (562) 494-1014.

Stewart Copeland will introduce his “insider” documentary, “Everyone Stares: The Police Inside Out,” when the film screens on April 20, 11 a.m., at the Art Theatre. Copeland will stay to take questions from the audience and there will be an opportunity for fans to get their CD, DVD, or vinyl recordings autographed. Cost for this unique event is only $15. Gregg Young & the 2nd Street Steel Drum Band will perform tropical grooves, reggae, soca, jazz and blues on Saturday, April 27, from 6-9 p.m. at the Bella Terra Outdoor Amphitheater, 7777 Edinger Ave., Huntington Beach. The “Tropical Springtime Party” features Gregg Young (Guitar), Kirkwood Coakley (Bass), PanMan Ross Harper (Steel Drum) and Quinn Johnson (Keys). Admission is free and the public is invited.

Terrace Theater presents ventriloquist and stand-up comedian Jeff Dunham as part of his “Disorderly Conduct” tour on Thursday, May 9 at 7:30 p.m. Dunham has made a name for himself by performing colorful and witty shows that poke fun at all cultures and facets of society with the help of his band of characters.
